La Spezia, facility of Cantieri Navali Beconcini – Perini Navi Group

Monday, February 4th the new Travel Lift officially entered into operation lifting its first Perini Navi vessel: SY Heritage, 45m in length for a maximum displacement of 353T.

Heritage is in La Spezia for ordinary maintenance and warranty that will be accomplished by the dedicated Perini Navi Group Repairs&Refit Dept., now based in Cantieri Navali Beconcini. The Repairs&Refit activities will benefit from the unique infrastructures of the La Spezia Yard, where in addition to the giant Travel Lift, 2 new 50m docks were recently completed. In the next few months, 3 additional sheds will also be built.
