Perini Navi Group at YARE 2011
The Perini Navi Group is pleased to announce their participation in YARE, the international exposition of Yachting After Sales and Refit, that will be held in Viareggio from 31st March to April 2nd, 2011.
The Perini Navi Group will have a stand inside the Superyachts Builder tent in Via Coppino, where visitors can get information and arrange for guided tours of the Perini Navi Shipyard in Viareggio and the Picchiotti Shipyard in La Spezia.
The Perini Navi Group, on top of designing and constructing their own sail and motor yachts, also has a highly qualified Refit and Repair department. Here they put the knowledge acquired in years of experience at the disposal of clients with yachts built both by their shipyards and others. The Group has Refit and Repairs departments at all three of their shipyards, but the principal base for these jobs is at the Picchiotti Shipyard (formerly Cantieri Navali Beconcini) in La Spezia. With a truly unique infrastructure and a team dedicated exclusively to Refit and Repair commissions, the Perini Navi Group has a highly qualified and specialized work force that can handle everything from simple maintenance to the most delicate restoration jobs.
YARE, under the patronage of the Comune di Viareggio along with the Provincia di Lucca, and the most important financial institutions such as the Camera di Commercio, Assindustria Lucca, CNA Lucca Confartigianato e Lucca Promos, and with the contribution of the Regione Toscana – Toscana Promozione, was created to represent and promote the sector for repairing and refitting both sail and motor yachts, an important element in the local economy and a source of pride being one of the most technologically developed and best organised in the world.
