Picchiotti’s Exuma wins Robb Report’s Best of the Best prize
The Perini Navi Group is pleased to announce that their 50 m motor yacht Picchiotti Exuma from the Vitruvius® series has won the prestigious Best of the Best prize from Robb Report in the Best Custom Megayachts of 2011 category.
Robb Report is a well-respected American magazine that finds and selects various top-notch Luxury Lifestyle goods and products yearly.
In the year 2010-2011 the 50 m Picchiotti Exuma has won 6 important awards and prizes internationally, a result that reinforces and confirms the success that the Perini Navi Group’s first motor yacht built under the Picchiotti brand name has had. These awards and prizes are the following: Robb Report's "Best of the Best" 2011 Custom Megayachts, 2011 Boat International World Superyacht Award Motor Yacht of the Year and Best Displacement Motor Yacht of Below 500GT, Rina Green Plus 2010 – Platinum Certification, 2010 World Yacht Trophy World Most Innovative Yacht of the Year, 2010 Nautical Design Awards Best Motor Yacht in 40m + Size Range.
The new generation of Picchiotti motor yachts from the Vitruvius® series is born from the collaboration between Vitruvius Ltd, Philippe Briand and the Perini Navi Group. These yachts have been designed for maximum efficiency and autonomous navigation.
Currently two more Picchiotti motor yachts from the Vitruvius® series are being constructed in the Perini Navi Group’s shipyards: the 55 m Picchiotti Ice Class from the Vitruvius® series will be launched in the summer of 2011 and a 73 m Picchiotti from the Vitruvius® series will be consigned in the year 2013.
