SY BELLE BRISE – 48 M KETCH (1993) – C.2005
Origin. Programme. Continuity.
Originally launched as Corelia and delivered in 1993, Belle Brise belongs to the Perini Navi 48-metre ketch development, conceived as a repeatable ocean-going sailing platform combining long-range autonomy with simplified sail management. Within this scale the shipyard refined the balance between large-yacht dimensions and practical navigability, allowing extended passages to be conducted by a limited crew.
DESIGN IDENTITY
Structure. Stability. Command.
Constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. The yacht follows the structural logic typical of early-1990s Perini Navi projects. Longitudinal stability and moderate beam with deep draught proportioned for directional consistency rather than regatta performance. Continuous deck circulation and centralised sail handling automation coordinate manoeuvres without dispersing command functions across the yacht.
