SY IS A ROSE 50M- KETCH (2003) – C.2050
Form. Function. Familiarity.
Delivered in 2003, Is A Rose belongs to the Perini Navi 50-metre development, conceived as an ocean-going sailing platform combining long-range autonomy with the yard’s recognisable ketch proportions. Within this scale the project balances presence and navigability, translating large-yacht architecture into a vessel intended for continuous cruising rather than episodic navigation.
DESIGN IDENTITY
Profile. Proportion. Purity
Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the yacht follows Perini Navi’s integrated design approach, with exterior and interior conceived by the yard itself. The silhouette preserves horizontal continuity between hull and deckhouse, avoiding vertical emphasis in favour of compositional calm.
The internal arrangement prioritises spatial clarity and permanence on board, reflecting a restrained nautical language rather than decorative expression.
