The Italian Sea Group is now one of the largest conglomerate groups in the international yachting
sector for the construction and refit of megayachts over 100m, a company built on fundamental
values such as Italian spirit, creativity, style, design, art and culture.

In 2021 it acquired Perini Navi, for decades, synonymous with history, quality, and elegance, as a
natural continuation of this path.
