Perini Navi S.p.a., in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby informs you pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the subject of personal data protection (hereafter Regulation) that, for the purposes of establishing and performing the contractual relationships existing between us, it is in possession of or may subsequently become aware of information referring to you.

The following personal data may the subject of processing: personal and tax information, contact details, bank account numbers and other administrative or commercial data needed for the purposes set out below.

The data will be processed for the following purposes: compliance with legal obligations and to perform the contract to which you are a party, fulfilling all obligations with regard to the Italian State financial administration, accounting and administrative management, and the management of existing commercial relationships and any disputes.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract and the need to comply with the obligations established by current legislation. The provision of the information requested is obligatory to comply with legal and contractual obligations. The refusal to provide same will therefore make it impossible for the undersigned to perform the contract or correctly fulfil all the obligations pursuant to the purposes set out in point 2.

We also inform you that you may at any time exercise the rights provided by SECTION III of the Regulation in relation to such data. Specifically, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data about you, the correction or deletion of such data, the supplementing of incomplete data, and the limitation of processing; to receive the data in a format that is structured, commonly used and readable by automatic devices; to object in full or in part to the use of the data, as well as to exercise all the other rights granted to you by applicable legislation. Pursuant to article 77 of the Regulation, you also have the right to raise a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that such processing breaches the terms of the referenced Regulation.
